LBUSD has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for prequalification called Quality Bidders. To get started, please visit www.qualitybidders.com, and follow the Contractor Instructions for creating an account.
The District must receive applications at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening on any advertised project in order for the candidate to qualify for that project. Pre-qualification approval will remain valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of notice of qualification except as noted in the pre-qualification documents.
Please contact Nicolle Falcis with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org or (562) 997-7550 ext. 1323. You may also contact email@example.com with any questions about the use of the Quality Bidders web-based tool.
Thank you for your interest in prequalify and working with LBUSD.
